Basic process of access control attendance management system
Different users have different operation permissions, and the corresponding operation process will be different. The user only needs to follow the following steps, and only items are displayed in the operation interface.
Step 1: log in to the access control attendance management system and modify the default password of the account;
Step 2: assign accounts and roles to system users (such as company manager, registration, access control administrator, consumption administrator, attendance administrator, conference administrator, etc.);
Step 3: set the parameters, database, announcement, reminder and other public information of the access control attendance management system;
Step 4: set the department organization structure according to the company structure and set the corresponding position information;
Step 5: personnel entry, personnel card issuance, and personnel daily maintenance;
Step 6: set the regional structure of the company, add new equipment (access control machine, attendance equipment and consumer machine) and configure the basic equipment information;
Step 7: set the access control time period (i.e. the access control time period) and set the access control leave (i.e. the exception of access control time);
Step 8: set the parameters of the door requiring access control;
Step 9: set the access control permission group, that is, set the group access control and time period access control;
Step 10: set the access control permission group of personnel, that is, who can open which door in which time period.
Step 11: set attendance parameters, which can be set by default or modified as needed;
Step 12: set the attendance cycle, that is, set the cycle that may be used in the attendance process, and configure parameter information;
Step 13: set the commonly used shifts in the attendance system, that is, the cycle combination mode of attendance periods within the time period;
Step 14: arrange personnel shifts and set which shifts are used by which personnel. If there is a temporary change of scheduled personnel, it can be set by using the temporary shift arrangement;
Step 15: attendance maintenance. In the process of daily attendance, due to abnormal conditions, leave, compensatory leave card, holidays and compensatory leave need to be set;
Step 16: output the attendance report according to the attendance cycle.
Step 17: consumption parameters and password settings of access control attendance management system.
Step 18: set basic data, including segment fixed value, consumption cycle, restaurant data, meal data, commodity data and key value data.
Step 19: set card data (select card type when issuing card for personnel in HR system) and classify consumption personnel.
Step 20: perform daily consumption maintenance, such as subsidy setting, manual supplementary consumption, consumption equipment management, etc.
Step 21: view the consumption report and statistical report, and output the corresponding report as required.
Step 22: add a meeting room for access control and attendance management system;
Step 23: add a meeting in the access control attendance management system, and set parameters such as meeting room, start and end date and time, start and check-in and check-out time for the meeting;
Step 24: add meeting personnel to the meeting and specify the specified meeting that some personnel must attend, so that the system can count the attendance records of the meeting;
Step 25: maintain meeting attendance rate, including adding and deleting leave cards and supplementary cards;
