1、 The generic cabling system must be designed in advance and coordinated with civil engineering, fire protection, air conditioning, lighting and other installation works to avoid unnecessary construction conflicts.
2、 For security monitoring, if conditions permit, the weak current shall go through its own weak current well to reduce the chance of electromagnetic interference. The floor wiring room and main engine room shall be arranged as large as possible for development and maintenance. For the network, the laying of physical layer is very important because it is the foundation.
3、 Arrange as many points as possible, adopt double hole panel (one voice and one data), cooperate well with electricity, and arrange power points near information points. As generic cabling is generally a one-time project, it is relatively difficult to change the wiring after the wiring is laid, and there are more and more communication equipment with the development, so it is safer to lay more.
4、 Do not idealize generic cabling, and do not integrate some more dedicated networks into generic cabling. It is enough for generic cabling to integrate telephone network, computer network and building automation network.
5、 With the rapid development of network equipment, the scheme selection should be as wide as possible. Class V or above should be adopted horizontally to ensure that data and voice can be interchanged. Optical fiber should be used vertically to increase the logarithm of cables. For buildings with many points, optical fiber should be used for data backup instead of cables.
6、 As the price of optical products continues to decline, more light spots should be considered for large bay wiring, which is beneficial to network construction.
