2、 Front end equipment
The camera supports the intelligent recognition of man and vehicle alarm function, and the recognition is accurate, so as to greatly reduce the false alarm caused by other interference. Configure detection methods such as regional intrusion and cross-border detection, which can trigger audible and visual deterrence and remote push messages once people or vehicles are identified, and manage and dispatch through remote mobile phone warning and intelligent monitoring of the construction site, so as to avoid damaging the high-voltage line.
The light at night in the construction site aisle, construction working face, foundation pit edge, special corner and other areas is low, or even all black and no light. It is recommended to install cylindrical full-color camera (conforming to IP67 dust-proof and waterproof grade).
The intelligent surveillance camera is not only equipped with ultra-low illumination photosensitive chip, but also has 24-hour color monitoring. And its visible light complementary imaging can effectively avoid the impact of dust on infrared imaging for the environment prone to dust.
Due to the high noise on the construction site, a loudspeaker can be installed on the camera (full-color camera with audio interface is optional). The camera is connected to the switch nearby and connected to the network through the switch.
Tower crane is one of the most dangerous large machinery in the construction site, and it is also the commanding point of site monitoring. By installing 4 million ultra clear network ball machines, it can fully monitor all areas of the construction site (including tower crane wall, tower crane body, hook, construction operation surface, personnel safety helmet wearing, etc.).
The ball machine supports 360 degree rotation flexible monitoring, 32 times optical zoom amplification, can see the details of the face 200 meters away, and 150 meters of infrared fill light can meet the needs of night monitoring, and can insert a card (256g memory card) to realize local storage and backup.
The ball machine can be installed on the well sub frame and below the control room. It is recommended to install an audio conch camera in the control room, which is connected with the ball machine through a network cable and a wireless bridge. The power supply can be obtained from the control room of the tower crane, and the intelligent monitoring video can be directly transmitted from the tower crane to the monitoring center on the construction site.
