The basic maintenance conditions required for the normal equipment maintenance of the monitoring engineering system are "four Qi", that is, spare parts, accessories, tools and instruments.

Generally speaking, a corresponding spare parts warehouse must be established for the maintenance of each system, mainly storing some important equipment that is not easy to repair immediately after damage, such as cameras, lenses, monitors, etc. Once these equipment fail, the system may not operate normally and must be replaced in time. Therefore, a certain number of spare parts must be available, and the inventory of spare parts warehouse must be continuously updated according to the characteristics of equipment maintenance and equipment operation cycle.
(2) And accessories are complete
Accessories are mainly additional configurations of various discrete components and modules in the equipment, which can be more prepared, and are mainly used for equipment maintenance. Common accessories mainly include various integrated circuit chips and various circuit discrete components required by the circuit. Other large equipment must be equipped with certain functional modules for emergency use. In this way, after maintenance, it can produce good benefits with small investment and save a lot of funds for updating equipment.
(3) Tools and testing instruments
In order to maintain the equipment frequently, it is necessary to configure common maintenance tools and maintenance instruments, such as various pliers, screwdriver, measuring pen, electric soldering iron, adhesive tape, multimeter, oscilloscope, etc. when necessary, they should be added at any time. If necessary, they should also make their own analog load as testing tools to monitor the project.
2、 Some precautions in equipment maintenance
During the maintenance of the monitoring system equipment, some situations shall be prevented to make the equipment operate normally as far as possible, mainly including moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-corrosion, lightning protection and anti-interference.
(1) moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion
For various acquisition equipment of the monitoring engineering system, as the equipment is directly placed in the dusty environment, it will have a direct impact on the operation of the equipment, so it is necessary to focus on the maintenance of moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion. If the camera is hung at the shed end for a long time, the protective cover and dust-proof glass will soon be covered with a mixture of dust, carbon ash, etc., which is dirty, black and corrosive, seriously affecting the viewing effect and damaging the equipment. Therefore, the dust-proof and anti-corrosion maintenance of the camera must be done well. In some places with heavy moisture, the installation position and equipment protection must be adjusted during maintenance to improve the moisture-proof capacity of the equipment itself. At the same time, dehumidification measures should be often taken in high humidity areas to solve the moisture-proof problem.
(2) lightning protection and interference prevention
As long as those who have been engaged in the maintenance of electromechanical system know, it is common for equipment to be struck by lightning in thunderstorm weather, which causes great potential safety hazards to the normal operation of monitoring equipment. Therefore, monitoring equipment must attach great importance to lightning protection in the process of maintenance. The lightning protection measures are mainly to do a good job in the lightning protection grounding grid for equipment grounding. An independent comprehensive grounding grid with ground resistance less than 1 Ω shall be done according to the equipotential body scheme, and the practice of mixing the lightning protection grounding of weak current system with the power lightning protection grounding grid shall be avoided, so as to prevent the interference of power grounding grid clutter to the equipment. For anti-interference, the principle of separating strong and weak current shall be adhered to during wiring, the power cable shall be separated from communication cable and video cable, and the construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the wiring specifications of communication and power industry.

Dust removal and cleaning of the equipment shall be carried out once a quarter to clean the dust exposed by the monitoring equipment. The camera, protective cover and other parts shall be removed and thoroughly blown for dust removal. Then, wipe each lens with anhydrous alcohol cotton to adjust the clarity, so as to prevent dust from being sucked into the body of the monitoring engineering equipment due to machine operation, static electricity and other factors, so as to ensure the normal operation of the machine. At the same time, check and monitor the ventilation, heat dissipation, dust purification, power supply and other facilities of the machine room. The outdoor temperature shall be - 20 ℃ ~ + 60 ℃, and the relative humidity shall be 10% ~ 100%; The indoor temperature shall be controlled at + 5 ℃ ~ + 35 ℃ and the relative humidity shall be controlled at 10% ~ 80%, leaving a good operating environment for the monitoring equipment in the machine room.
