1、 Overall steps of security system construction
(1). Construction preparation stage: be familiar with construction drawings and relevant data, and conduct construction technical disclosure.
(2). Materials, equipment, tools, auxiliary materials and other necessary items shall be prepared.

(3). Template process: Security threading, equipment installation, wiring in cabinet.

(4). Wiring construction, equipment installation, commissioning and trial operation at the construction site.

(5). Self inspection, inspection and completion acceptance.

2、 Common tools, commissioning equipment and instruments
(1). Wire stripping pliers, electric soldering iron, net wire pliers and multimeter
(2). Line measuring instrument and notebook
(3). Small monitor (easy to carry, used for outdoor subsystem or camera test).
(4). Special test instrument for backbone optical fiber attenuation.
(5). Other special equipment for detection and test (if necessary).
Classification of field front-end equipment:

The security system mainly includes: video monitoring system, intrusion alarm system, entrance and exit control system, electronic patrol system, parking garage (yard) management system and related systems. According to the subsystems involved in the project, the front-end equipment of each system is classified in combination with the layout plan and configuration table, and the model, number, installation position, installation mode (wall installation, hoisting, ceiling installation) and protection scope of the equipment are compiled into the front-end equipment installation configuration table.

3、 Threading in pipe and wiring in trunking
(1). Inspection before wiring:
§ before threading the metal wire pipe, first check whether the protective mouth of each pipe orifice is complete. In case of omission and damage, it shall be supplemented and replaced.
§ check whether the retainer at the connection between pipe and trunking is complete.
§ confirm that the inner and outer nuts are locked when the electric tube enters the bottom box.
§ garbage, sundries or ponding shall be removed from the trunking to keep the inside and outside of the trunking clean.
(2). Setting out:
§ label the cable according to the drawing number first.
§ the setting out shall be carried out in different areas, with the long one first and the short one later in order.
§ straighten and smooth the conductor.
§ it can be coiled in a big circle or special setting out tools can be used.
§ arrange while placing, and there shall be no winding, kink, damage to conductor, etc.

§ each branch shall be bundled with ties.

4、 Front end equipment installation
Confirm before installation:
(1). Fully combine the site with the drawings to determine the accurate position.
(2). Installation methods: ceiling, support, suspender and upright.
(3). Installation height: camera (2.5m), various probes,, card reader, alarm button, patrol point, etc.
(4). Orientation and angle of front-end equipment.
(5). Equipment coverage and effective distance.
(6). Type and size of access card reader.
(7). Type of exit button.

(8). Type of door lock: magnetic lock, electric plug-in lock, anode lock, electromechanical integrated lock, etc.

5、 Installation of front-end detector of alarm system
(1). The vibration detector shall be installed far away from the vibration source, such as motor, water pump and vibration generating equipment.
(2). When installing a passive infrared detector, full attention should be paid to detecting the movement of background objects and infrared radiation.
(3). When the active infrared detector is installed outdoors, pay attention to the interfering objects within the warning range and should be installed on fixed objects. The probe must be installed firmly without shaking or aiming at the flashing light source. Pay attention to the installation position to avoid false alarm.

(4). Pay attention to the installation height and gap width of the electronic fence system

6、 Installation of alarm controller
(1). Detailed drawings shall be provided for the installation of control box: installation detail drawing, wall layout, wiring diagram, etc.
(2). The alarm system controller shall be installed in the equipment cabinet of weak current room, security room or duty room; The controller shall be firmly installed without tilting; If installed on light partition wall, reinforcement measures shall be taken.
(3). The wiring of the controller shall:
§ wiring shall be neat and firmly fixed.
§ cables and conductors shall be marked with numbers, which shall be consistent with the drawings, and the writing shall be clear and not easy to fade.
§ allowance of not less than 20cm shall be reserved for cable core and conductor.
§ the power supply of the controller shall be a special safety power supply.

§ the controller shall be provided with protective grounding wire (shell and grounding terminal), and shall be constructed according to the grounding specification).

7、 Installation of camera and other front-end equipment
(1). The camera shall be inspected according to the following requirements before installation:
§ power on the camera for detection and rough adjustment, and confirm that all functions are normal before installation.
§ check the camera guard.
§ check the installation dimensions of camera base and bracket or PTZ.
(2). Do not open the lens cover when moving and erecting the camera by hand.
(3). The installation of camera devices shall be firm and stable.
(4). 1m allowance should be reserved for the cable led out from the camera, which shall not affect the rotation of the camera.
(5). The cable and power cord of the camera shall be fixed, and the plug shall not bear the dead weight of the cable.
(6). Initially install the camera, power on, test, fine tune, check various functions, observe the coverage and image quality of the monitoring area, and fix it only after it meets the requirements.
(7). Soldering iron welding is required for the connection between video connector and video cable. There shall be no false welding or weak connection. Crimping connection is not recommended (it is easy to loosen after a long time, resulting in unstable signal).
(8). The sheath of the power line shall not be stripped too long. After connection, there shall be no copper wire exposed to prevent short circuit.
(9). The video line and power line of the surface mounted camera shall be protected by winding pipe, clean and beautiful.

(10). Protective measures have been taken for the crystal head at the connection of network camera

8、 Installation of front-end equipment of access control system
(1). The field equipment of access control system shall be installed in accordance with the installation methods of "right-hand side" and "door opening side":
§ for single door opening, the card reader and exit button are installed on the door opening side.
§ for double doors, the card reader and exit button are installed on the right side respectively.
§ or reasonably adjust according to the actual situation to facilitate use.
(2). Access card reader:
§ it is generally required that the bottom edge of the card reader is 1.3m above the ground after installation.
§ the distance between the card reader and the door frame edge shall be uniform, about 15cm is recommended.
§ the installation method of card readers in the same area shall be unified (orientation, height, distance, etc.).
(3). Exit button:
§ the installation of the exit button shall be coordinated with the lamp switch, air conditioning temperature control switch, etc. the button shall be located closest to the door frame (the most frequently used button shall be placed in the most convenient position).
§ the distance between the exit button and the door frame edge shall be uniform, about 15cm is recommended.
§ the bottom edge shall be 1.3m above the ground after installation.
