The monitoring system shall be installed at a reasonable position, and the coverage shall include all construction working faces, site gate, vertical (inclined) well access control, material (processing) stacking and other areas. The definition must meet the requirements of on-site video monitoring. During operation, the camera damage or system failure must be repaired within 1 day.

All relevant units shall arrange special personnel to be responsible for monitoring. The monitoring personnel shall regularly capture the monitoring pictures of the working face under construction and file them for future reference. At the same time, they shall dispose of the violations found in the monitoring process and keep the disposal records for future reference. Image capture frequency: the construction unit covers it every 2 hours; The supervision unit shall cover it once every half day; The project company shall conduct daily spot checks on the lines under its jurisdiction, and the number of spot checks shall not be less than 20 working faces; The municipal Metro Group conducts spot checks on the projects under construction in the city every day, and the number of spot checks shall not be less than 20 working faces.

The daily report system for the investigation and treatment of potential quality and safety hazards of urban rail transit projects in Qingdao was also released at the same time. According to the system, the main responsible units of urban rail transit engineering construction, supervision and construction shall establish and improve the relevant systems for the investigation and treatment of quality and safety hazards according to their respective responsibilities, seriously carry out the investigation and treatment of daily quality and safety hazards, carry out hierarchical management for the hidden dangers found in the investigation, and make rectification in strict accordance with the relevant principles to ensure that the hidden dangers are eliminated at the first time.
