Intelligent building engineering includes 10 sub divisions: communication network system, information network system, building equipment monitoring system, fire alarm and fire linkage system, safety protection system, generic cabling system, intelligent engineering integration system, power supply and grounding, environment and residential (community) intelligent system.

The communication network includes telephone communication, satellite communication, wireless signal coverage, satellite TV, cable TV, video conference, background sound and broadcasting systems, so that the voice, data, image and video in the building can be transmitted reliably.

1. The telephone communication system (telephone network) mainly includes user switching equipment, communication lines and user terminal equipment to provide communication services for all kinds of personnel in the building.

2. The video conference system consists of camera, microphone, color display, speaker, controller, communication network, etc.

3. CATV system (CATV Network) is composed of signal source device, front-end equipment, trunk transmission system and user distribution network to provide users with CATV signals.

4. The broadcast sound system consists of sound source equipment, sound source processing equipment, public address equipment, playback equipment and transmission cables. Intelligent engineering creates a listening environment for various places in the building, broadcasts various information and programs, and is also used for emergency broadcasting.
