1、 Console

2、 Display screen
a. The monitors on each display screen are complete, intact, clear and meet the design requirements;

3、 Power supply equipment
a. The AC regulated power supply works normally and stably;

4、 Camera

5、 Video recorder

b. The signals of each camera monitoring point can be switched to the video recorder for recording (including switching to the standby video recorder).

6、 Security system
① The intercom device in the elevator can communicate with the fire control center;
② Electronic anti-theft door.
a. The door closer can be opened and closed flexibly, and the second speed travel is clear. When closing the door automatically, ensure that the door is locked;
b. The electronic password is locked and can be modified;
c. The keyboard shall be free of damage and leakage;
d. The power supply is normal;

7、 Building monitoring system
① UPS emergency power supply.
a. The output voltage data shall comply with the specified value of the equipment;

c. The standby power supply is normal, the battery capacity is sufficient, can maintain the specified time, and the switching is fast and reliable;
d. The grounding protection complies with the regulations;

② Input / output controller.
a. All electrical contacts are reliably connected;

③ Each actuator (solenoid valve, air valve, converter, etc.).

Precautions for equipment maintenance of security monitoring system.

1) Moisture proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion.

2) Lightning protection and interference prevention.
During the maintenance of monitoring equipment, great attention must be paid to lightning protection. The lightning protection measures are mainly to do a good job in the lightning protection grounding grid for equipment grounding. An independent comprehensive grounding grid with ground resistance less than 1 Ω shall be done according to the equipotential body scheme, and the practice of mixing the lightning protection grounding of weak current system with the power lightning protection grounding grid shall be avoided, so as to prevent the interference of power grounding grid clutter to the equipment.
