The installation of surveillance engineering cameras is very strict, which requires not only safety, but also reasonable and tidy wiring. Some technical requirements, let's introduce the seven processes for the installation of surveillance cameras!

Methods / steps
Step 1. The rated voltage of the conductor for the monitoring engineering camera shall be greater than the working voltage of the line; The insulation of the conductor shall comply with the installation mode of the line and the environmental conditions of laying. The cross-sectional area of the conductor shall meet the requirements of power supply and mechanical strength.

Step 2. Try to avoid joints in wires during wiring. Except for the non use of joints, the joints of the camera must be crimped or welded, and the wire connection and branch shall not be affected by mechanical force. Under no circumstances shall there be a connector for the conductor in the empty pipe. If necessary, place the connector on the probe terminal of the junction box as far as possible.

Step 3. The wiring shall be installed horizontally or vertically in the building. The wiring shall be protected by casing (plastic or iron water pipe, which shall be selected according to the technical requirements of indoor piping). The ceiling wiring can use metal hose, but it shall be fixed stably and aesthetically.

Step 4. The signal line shall not be parallel to the high-power power line, let alone in the same tube. In case of parallel routing due to environmental constraints, it shall be more than 50cm away.

Step 5. The AC power supply of the alarm control box shall be wired separately. The camera cannot be threaded in the same pipe with the signal line and low-voltage DC power line. The installation of AC power line shall comply with the electrical installation standard.

Step 6. The wiring from the alarm control box to the ceiling shall be managed into the wall or protected with iron water pipes, so as to improve the anti-damage performance of the anti-theft system.
Step 7. There are two types of conduit wiring: open configuration and concealed configuration. The exposed piping of the camera shall be horizontal, vertical, neat and beautiful. Concealed piping requires short, smooth and few elbows.
