1、 Construction of concealed works

The concealed works in the construction of security system are mainly the construction of buried pipelines. In order to ensure the construction quality, during the construction process, the excavation of ground trenches and the embedding of pipelines must be carried out in strict accordance with the design and construction drawings to ensure that the depth, elevation and direction of trench excavation meet the design requirements, and the pipelines used can meet the relevant construction standards.

During the installation of pipelines, construction control shall be carried out to avoid quality problems such as exposed joints or twisted lines. At the same time, the total cross-sectional area of cables shall be more than 40% of the cross-sectional area of pipelines, and protective rings shall be set at the nozzle to avoid the random movement of cables in pipelines. If the pipeline in the wall is laid, it is necessary to fully consider the beauty and firmness of the wall, lay the pipeline in the non load-bearing wall, and shorten the pipeline distance as far as possible to avoid frequent bending of the pipeline.

In addition, the grounding and overlapping construction of the pipeline shall be well done, and the net distance between the wall and the pipeline shall be controlled above 15mm. The pipelines of the security system shall be arranged in the ceiling together with other pipelines as far as possible, and the pipelines shall be treated to avoid disorderly crossing, so as to ensure the construction quality.

2、 Installation of security equipment

After the civil engineering construction is completed, the installation and construction of security equipment can be carried out. Before installing the equipment, it must be comprehensively inspected to ensure that the equipment is in normal working condition. Then, the installation position shall be reasonably selected according to the characteristics and functions of the equipment.

Take the camera as an example. Generally, the camera is installed and fixed on the ground support, and some cameras are used to patrol a large area, so they should be installed on the PTZ, ensure the openness of the field of vision and avoid the shielding of the camera by the communication line. At the same time, the console and cabinet shall be installed in accordance with relevant specifications and design requirements to ensure the accuracy and firmness of the installation, facilitate management and maintenance, and ensure the normal function of the security system.

3、 Construction management acceptance

The construction of security system involves many disciplines, and its content is also very complicated. Therefore, before construction, the construction personnel should be fully familiar with the construction process and construction process, understand the key and difficult points of construction, and do a good job in the coordination between various disciplines.

At the same time, during the construction of the monitoring project, the construction drawings should be checked frequently to find the existing problems in time and reduce rework. After the construction is completed, the acceptance of the project shall be done well, and the construction quality of the project shall be controlled to ensure the reliability and practicability of the security system. Once quality problems or performance problems of equipment are found during acceptance, they shall be analyzed and handled in time to eliminate potential quality hazards in the security system as far as possible.
