Step 1. Installation and commissioning of intelligent access control monitoring system
(1) power supply
Ensure sufficient power, try to use linear power supply, and the door lock and controller shall be powered separately. The power supply shall be installed as close to the electrical equipment as possible to avoid interference and transmission loss.
It is divided into power line, communication line and signal line. During wiring, pay attention to the separation of strong and weak current. The distance between the two pipes is required to be more than 20cm.
Power line: the wire diameter is thick enough and multi strand conductor is adopted.
Signal line and communication line: shielded category 5 twisted pair is adopted. The 485 bus must be connected with a pair of twisted pair wires. When purchasing wire, it is recommended to use 4 * 0.5 four core shielded wire.
3. Precautions
(1) The shielded wire must not be used as the connecting wire of 0V voltage (power supply ground).
(2) each shielding circuit can only have one grounding terminal.
(3) When the shielding circuit cannot be grounded, the shielding wire can be connected to another shielding circuit of the network.
(4) the signals of each module must be connected together.
(5) If there is a breakpoint in the middle of the line, the breakpoint shall be welded with soldering iron and insulated.
(6) Do not put the network connection cable with the AC power supply.
(7) If the network connection exceeds 1000m, a repeater shall be added, and the repeater can be extended for another 1000m.
4. Location selection
(1) Card reader: do not install on metal objects. The distance between two card readers shall not be less than 30cm. It is best to supply power through the controller. If the card reader is powered separately from the outside, please use a linear regulated power supply (transformer) for the power supply of the card reader, and the negative pole of DC cannot be connected to the grounding terminal of AC.
(2) Network adapter: the connection with the controller is hand-in-hand.
(3) Controller: the controller without isolation is recommended to use the same power supply.
(4) Lock: when installing the magnetic lock, make sure that the lock body and the relay iron plate can be closely combined, otherwise there will be insufficient suction. For electric plug-in lock, if it is necessary to open the socket when installing the electric plug-in lock, note that the aperture must be large enough and the depth must be deep enough to allow the lock tongue to be fully inserted. The lock tongue cannot be fully inserted. After locking the door, the lock tongue will jump continuously or the working current is always large, and the lock body will be hot.
Step 2. Common faults and maintenance methods of intelligent access control project
1、 Valid card cannot open the door
(1) Check whether the electric lock is normal, check the power supply or replace the electric lock
(2) Check whether the lock tongue and lock catch are mechanically stuck, repair the mechanical fault or replace the parts
(3) Check the indicator light on the control board and whether the communication between the control board and the module is normal
(4) Check whether the communication between the card reader and the module is normal, and eliminate the fault
(5) whether the closing command of information day is set, and the opening time is adjusted by software
(6) Whether the operator initializes the intelligent access control monitoring system or reauthorizes other commands through software
Step 3. The communication of intelligent access control is blocked
(1) . check whether the serial port is set incorrectly (determine the serial port used)
(2) . check whether the intelligent access control communication bus has short circuit or open circuit (eliminate the short circuit and open circuit of communication line)
(3) . check that the communication chip 75184 of RS485 communication card is damaged (replace the communication chip 75148)
(4) . RS485 communication card is damaged (replace RS485 communication card)
(5) Check whether the crystal head of the network cable is ready, whether the network cable is connected, and Ping the address of the intelligent access control controller.
Step 4. Intelligent access control records cannot be extracted completely
Clear the intelligent access controller and reload the time
Step 5. The door lock remains open
(1) The operator sets the status of the intelligent access controller to normally open, or the controller is normally open due to other reasons; 2. Controller failure;
Treatment method:
Set the status of the door lock controller to normal. If the fault still exists, replace the controller.
Step 6. IC card cannot be read
(1) IC card has been set as valid time period for card reading when IC card is authorized (it can be set as valid for all day card reading)
(2) abnormal heating of intelligent access control controller (replace intelligent access control motherboard)
(3) Intelligent access control read-write antenna (adjust fine-tuning capacitance and enhance card reading distance)
