1. When installing surveillance cameras in open scenes, it shall be ensured that there are no light source obstructions in the viewing range, because the camera exposure strategy is highlight first. If there is an obstruction, when the infrared lamp is turned on, the obstruction will be illuminated very bright. At this time, the camera will automatically converge to see the clear area, and the brightness of the dark area will be reduced, resulting in poor image effect.
2. When installing the two cameras, try to avoid head-to-head shooting, and monitor in two directions respectively. In addition, there shall be no direct interference of street lamps and other light sources in the monitoring picture, so as not to affect the night vision effect.
The smoke from the chimney will cause a large amount of smoke in the camera picture, resulting in the decline of picture quality.
In a certain period of time, the sunlight will be directly reflected into the lens, and the internal light will cause a typical wide dynamic scene compared with the external sunlight, that is, the scene with very large difference between light and shade. The bright place is too exposed, and the dark place is too dark, losing all details.
The camera shall be installed away from the chimney, boiler mouth, exhaust outlet and other places that can lead to dust and steam coverage and infection, otherwise the camera picture quality will be reduced. At the same time, the camera will be infringed by smoke and steam for a long time, which will cause a large amount of dust to adhere to the camera window glass and affect the use effect.
3. In addition, when installing in the corridor or narrow channel, try to use large focal length cameras, such as 6mm and 8mm cameras, because the installation and use of large angle cameras in the corridor will lead to overexposure of the walls on both sides of the corridor and shorten the sight distance.
