1. When entering the construction site and cooperating with the construction unit to embed the threading pipe (slot) and reserved holes, the construction personnel must wear protective articles such as work clothes, safety helmets and insulating shoes, wear construction certificates and enter under the leadership of the management personnel of the construction site.

2. Before the commencement of the generic cabling project, the construction personnel shall be familiar with the design drawings, understand the construction requirements, and clarify the cross operation and cooperation with the civil works, especially confirm the working areas (points) and conditions such as equipment room, handover room, wiring room and various trenches, concealed pipes and holes.

3. Eye catching safety warning signs shall be set on the construction site. When walking or working, pay attention to the construction machinery, obstacles and various reserved holes on the construction site to prevent mechanical injury, object strike and falling accidents. Do not enter the construction site at night or when the light is insufficient. When the construction is suspended, the site protection shall be done well.

4. If you take the external elevator (attached with Wall elevator) on the construction site to get in and out of the building, you should get the consent of the relevant construction party, abide by the safe use regulations of the external elevator, and do not overload.

5. During the construction of buildings or structures, stair openings without railings, elevator wellheads without baffles, hole openings and reserved openings often appear. Construction near them is called "hole operation". Protective measures such as temporary blocking, enclosure and railing must be taken, and eye-catching safety warning signs and warning instructions must be posted or hung to prevent personnel falling accidents.

6. Embedded threading pipe and trunking or temporary slotting on site. If electric tools such as cutting machine and impact drill need to be used, carefully check whether the cutting machine and impact drill have electric leakage and ensure that they are in good condition. When cutting and drilling on the wall, the main reinforcement and internal pipeline bearing the load of the building must be avoided, and reliable goggles shall be worn to prevent the debris and splashes from damaging the eyes of the operators.

7. Cables shall be laid in the shaft of weak signal cables, not in the shaft of elevators or water supply, gas supply and heating pipelines, nor in the shaft of strong current cables. If the conditions are limited, the height from the ground shall not be less than 2.5m when the main cable needs to be laid in the open.

8. Distribution box and switch box shall be set and equipped on the construction site for the construction power of generic cabling project. There shall be professional electricians or operators with electrician certificates for operation. When working in unlighted and closed passages or workshops, in order to ensure operation safety, work hand lights (walking lights) or emergency lamps shall be equipped for lighting.

9. When working at heights, operators must hold special operation certificate (climbing certificate) and correctly wear and use special labor protection articles (safety helmet, safety belt and electrically insulated shoes) according to the use rules. The lifting ladder or movable installation working platform shall be used to ensure that there is a large plane at the swinging and foothold, which can maintain the normal posture of the operators.

10. When working on indoor ceiling, portable lights shall be used for lighting. Pay attention to whether the ceiling is firm and reliable, and do not trample on it at will to prevent empty stepping or collapse. Operators must wear insulated shoes and use insulated safety tools. If some cables and exposed wire ends for unknown purposes are found, they shall be properly disposed of as power lines. Electric shock accidents caused by aging and damage of cable insulation shall be prevented.

11. Fire prevention measures shall be implemented and necessary fire-fighting equipment shall be equipped at the construction site of generic cabling. After the channel or cable tray passes through the floor or wall, the holes must be blocked with flame-retardant materials in time. Communication between floors and rooms is strictly prohibited.
