2. The model and specification of plastic trunking and its accessories shall meet the design requirements, and corresponding finalized products shall be selected. The ambient temperature of the laying site shall not be lower than - 15 ℃, and the flame retardant oxygen index shall not be lower than 27%. The inside and outside of the trunking shall be smooth without edges and thorns, without distortion, edge warping and other deformation, and there shall be product certificate.
3. Cables shall be laid with redundancy. At the cabinet, the reserved length of twisted pair cable is generally 3 ~ 6m; 0.3 ~ 0.6m at the terminal; The reserved length of optical cable at the equipment end is generally 5 ~ 10m; If there are special requirements, the length shall be reserved according to the design requirements.
4. When laying the raised floor in the equipment room of wiring engineering, the plate shall be laid tightly and firmly, the allowable deviation per square meter shall not be greater than 2mm, the floor pillar shall be firm, and the grounding of anti-static measures of the raised floor shall meet the requirements of design and product description.
5. Each pair of stranded wires shall be twisted as far as possible, and the non twisted length shall not be greater than 13mm.
6. The insulating layer shall not be scratched when the sheath is stripped, and it shall be stripped with special tools.
7. There shall be no joint in the middle of the cable.
8. The longest line distance of twisted pair is 100m. If it exceeds 100m, it can be connected and extended by twisted pair repeater. The data of repeater in each section of line cannot be more than three.
9. Optical fiber transmission distance: transmission rate 1GB / s, 850nm, ordinary 50 μ M multimode optical fiber transmission distance 550m, ordinary 62.5 μ M multimode fiber transmission distance 275m, new 50 μ M multimode optical fiber transmission distance 1100m.
(4) The bending radius of the optical cable shall be at least 1.5 times of the outer diameter of the optical cable and at least 20 times during construction.
11. When the twisted pair is connected to the information socket (RJ45), it must be clamped according to the color code and wire pair sequence. The socket type, color code and number shall comply with the provisions of t568a and t568b.
12. When making the crystal head, the outer protective layer of the cable needs to be pressed in the joint rather than outside the joint, because when the cable is subjected to external tension, the whole cable is stressed, otherwise the metal part connected between the cable and the joint is stressed.
13. When the twisted pair cable is clamped with the wiring module (IDC, RJ45), it shall be operated according to the design and manufacturer's regulations.
14. The shielding layer of shielded twisted pair cable shall be in reliable contact with the shielding cover at the connector terminal. The cable shielding layer shall be in contact with the 360o circumference of the connector shielding cover, and the contact length shall not be less than 100mm.
15. Both ends of each double glue wire shall be provided with adhesive labels and numbered to facilitate installation and maintenance.
16. Reliable construction power supply and grounding device shall be provided in the handover room and equipment room.
