(1) .  The special qualification standard for system integration can undertake the construction of various domestic computer information systems;

(2) . The first level qualification standard for system integration can undertake the construction of various computer information systems at the national level, provincial (ministerial) level, industrial level, prefecture (municipal) level (and below), large, medium and small enterprise level;

(3) . The level II qualification standard for system integration can undertake the construction of computer information system at provincial (ministerial) level, industry level, prefecture (municipal) level (and below), large, medium and small enterprises or cooperate to undertake the construction of national level;

(4) . The three-level qualification standard for system integration can undertake the construction of computer information systems at the level of medium-sized and small enterprises, or cooperate to undertake the construction of computer information systems at the level of large enterprises (or a considerable scale);

(5) . The level IV qualification standard for system integration can undertake the construction of computer information systems at the level of small enterprises, or cooperate to undertake the construction of computer information systems at the level of medium-sized enterprises (or a considerable scale).
