1、 System integration features

The essence of system integration is the optimal integrated design, a large-scale integrated computer network system.

System integration includes the integration of computer software, hardware, operating system technology, database technology and network communication technology, as well as the integration of product selection and matching of different manufacturers

The goal of system integration - optimal overall performance, that is, all components and components can not only work together, but also the whole system is a low-cost, efficient, symmetrical performance, scalable and maintainable system.

2、 Qualification level classification

The computer information system integration qualification level is divided into special level 1, level 1, level 2, level 3 and level 4.

Special level I: the Ministry of industry and information technology has started the certification and evaluation of special level I qualification for system integration since July 2011, aiming to promote the expansion and strengthening of computer information system integration enterprises and maintain the construction and guarantee of safe and reliable information systems in important fields such as the party and government, the army, finance, telecommunications, transportation and energy. On November 6, the Ministry of industry and information technology officially announced the list of special first-class enterprises for computer information system integration, which was obtained by four enterprises: Inspur, China soft, Neusoft and Taiji.

Level 1: it has the ability to independently undertake the construction of various computer information systems at the national level, provincial (ministerial) level, industrial level, prefecture (municipal) level (and below), large, medium and small enterprise level.

Level 2: have the ability to independently undertake the construction of provincial (ministerial), industrial, prefecture (municipal) level (and below), large, medium and small enterprises or cooperate to undertake the construction of national computer information system.

Level 3: have the ability to independently undertake the construction of computer information systems at the level of small and medium-sized enterprises or in cooperation with large enterprises (or a considerable scale).

Level 4: have the ability to independently undertake the construction of computer information system of small enterprise level or medium-sized enterprise level (or equivalent scale).
